We started construction on the website back in December of 2020, to go along with the launch of our December 2020 edition, Digital Space. Given the situation during the past year; COVID-19, social distancing, lockdowns, we thought now would be a good time to bring Bnieuws into the digital world. We see it as an online platform for our content that exists in parallel with our printed edition, which we will of course continue to print. With our precious one day per week at the faculty reduced to zero, we know most of you haven't seen Digital Space yet, so we're happy that you can now read it online. It will of course still be waiting for you at the faculty when we can all return there in person, along with the February edition: Taboo, and who knows how many more.

While we were constructing this website, we had a temporary landing page showing a video we made that represented us uploading our editions from the past into the cloud, you can see it below! Digitising old editions has proven to be a laborious task, one we will continue over the course of February 2020, so check back regularly if you're interested in revisiting old editions!

Another aspect of the website we are looking at improving is the search function, we want to make it as effortless as possible for you, our readers, to find the content you're interested in. It's a work in progress, and we will keep you informed about new developments.
